When you make a purchase on this Site, you will be asked to accept these Terms of Sale; their acceptance involves the stipulation of a contract governed by the same. Therefore it is important that you carefully read the Terms of Sale before placing an order for the Products
on the Site ("Order").
These conditions govern the sale and supply of products from A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS to you. A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS may modify these conditions in the future. Any changes to the current conditions will be communicated via e-mail to registered users and will take effect immediately upon their publication on the site. There is no commitment between you and A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS as long as A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS has not sent you an e-mail confirming receipt of the order and its acceptance. A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS has the right to withdraw from any commitment in the event of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or orders that appear on the site. 1. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
 

The prices of A&L International SRLS products are clearly indicated on the site and are inclusive of VAT.
The shipping price must be added to the product price, the amount of which varies according to the destination country, the quantity and weight of the total order, as well as the delivery method. Although we do our best to keep a large stock of items in stock, some of the most popular products sell out quickly. The products not available will be indicated on the site as "sold out", you can order it at the email address store@nokler.eu and we will let you have it as soon as possible.

 

2. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Our options and delivery charges vary by country and are detailed in the "SHIPPING COSTS" section or in the Order summary. We use an insured delivery service and do everything we can so that you can receive the order within five working days.
Rules and restrictions:
Orders are shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. All orders require an exact postal address and post code if applicable. In addition, they require a signature upon delivery. This process aims to ensure the receipt of the items ordered by the customer.

Most orders are processed once the online purchase is completed.
The order is shipped once your payment is approved, and the item is in stock and the shipping address has been verified. You will receive a notification email as soon as the order is shipped. For
working days means Monday to Friday, except for holidays. Once you leave the warehouse, delivery times depend on the address you have indicated. To track your order, log in to your account or consult your email confirming the shipment of the order with the identification number.

 

3.RESPONSABILITY
 

A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS assumes no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, natural disasters that prevent the execution of the shipment within the time agreed by the contract. A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of failure to execute the contract (for the reasons mentioned above), since the consumer is only entitled to a refund of the price paid.
A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use by third parties, checks and other means of payment, when paying for the products purchased. We will inform you of such unforeseen events as soon as possible and will do our best to reduce their impact on our performance as far as is reasonably possible. If the interruption lasts for more than 2 weeks, you can cancel the order and get a refund.

If you decide to pay by credit or debit card, when you place the order you will need to provide us with your card details. At that time we will contact the issuer of your card to request authorization to use the same for the payment of the Products. We will not accept your Order (and therefore we will not provide you with the Products) until the issuer of your credit or debit card has authorized the use of your card to pay for the Products ordered. When the issuer of your credit or debit card authorizes the use of your card, the necessary funds on your card will be "booked" until the purchase process is completed or canceled. However, we will not debit your card until the purchase process is completed. Authorizations can be suspended for a period of between 3 and 7 days, even for canceled orders. In the event of
cancellation, no charge will be made and the funds will be made available again. Please contact the issuer of your credit / debit card for more information on its specific authorization policy.
We reserve the right to verify the identity of the holder of the credit or debit card by requesting the appropriate documentation. We do our best to do our best to make our site safe and to prevent fraud.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
 

The customer has the right to withdraw, without penalty, within and no later than 30 working days from delivery. Subjects not classifiable as consumers are excluded from the legislative decree, ie those who act for purposes related to their professional activity, that is, VAT subjects requesting invoices.
The right of withdrawal is exercised within the prescribed period, subject to authorization request to the e-mail address store@nokler.com.
We invite our customers to work with us following our procedure for sending returns and not to send goods for which the right of withdrawal is not applicable. In case of return, the customer can request a refund by cash or change of clothing. In the case of a cash refund, the same method used for the payment of the order will be used: if the purchase was paid by credit card / PayPal account, the refund will be made directly to the card / account with which the payment was made. The issue of a cash refund can take up to 14 days. Once the goods have been received and the conditions have been verified, A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS will calculate the value of the refund and will notify the customer.

 

6.RESIS AND REFUND
 

The return of clothing is permitted if the products are defective, are not of the desired size and / or color. In these cases the service is free and the return shipping costs are always paid by A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS. The products must not be used, they must reach us intact, not worn or
stained, they must be in the original packaging, complete with labels and any other part that may compose them (identification tag). Failure to comply with these principles makes the right of withdrawal inapplicable.
The return of the goods is carried out exclusively in the manner indicated on the site by A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS.

 

7. EXISTING AND COMPETENT LEGISLATION
 

The contracts between you and A&L INTERNATIONAL SRLS will be subject to Italian legislation and all disputes will be the responsibility of the Court of Milan.
