Returns and Replacements
 

You can replace a purchased product. The request for replacement must be sent within 30 days from the date on which the order was placed, following the procedures indicated below:
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree n. 206/05, given the purchase made at a distance and therefore outside the business premises, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of the goods.
You can make a return for exchange or refund of one or more items purchased within 14 days of delivery of the order.* Please view each item below. A&L International Srls is not responsible for any problems with return requests (changes or refunds) not made according to the instructions.

 

Conditions for returns
 

The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must be returned including all the
labels, including unlabeled identification tag, and with original packaging. All returned items are subject to inspection by A&L International Srls and must comply with all the parameters. A&L International reserves the right to refuse the request for exchange / refund in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided by our returns policy. How to change size or product change
 

If you want to change the product you received, the items that meet the conditions described above
can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. The return must be made exclusively with Express Courier and the shipping costs will be at your expense and you will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for returns that are missing or not delivered without identification and traceability.
Prepare the package as per instructions:
Insert the goods in the original wrapper. Enter the completed return form in the package containing the goods to be returned. Apply to the package the waybill providing the courier (keep and send to store@nokler.eu the tracking number relative to your order number for the return request).

How to make a replacement for a non-compliant product

If you have found an irregularity in the order received, ie a failed product, color or size other than the one ordered, send an email to store@nokler.eu following these instructions:
Indicate in the subject line of the e-mail the order number and the problem encountered
(PRODUCT ORDER FAILED ORDER NUMBER _______).
Describe the irregularity in the body of the email. Provide a phone number to contact you.
For failed products, I enclose clear photographic evidence of the defect.
You will be contacted within 24/48 hours by our operator to resolve the problem and to organize the
collection of the non-compliant item via our courier. Once the date and place of collection have been established, a waybill will be sent to you by e-mail containing the tracking number of the shipment that you will need to print and apply to the package before delivery to the courier.

Insert the goods in the original wrapper. Enter the completed return form in the package containing the goods to be returned. Apply the waybill you received by email to the package after being contacted.

How to make a return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the items that meet the parameters for the
return can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Proceed by sending an email to store@nokler.eu following these instructions:
Indicate in the subject of the e-mail the order number and the problem encountered (PRODUCT TO
BE MADE ORDER NUMBER _______).
Describe your motivations in the body of the email. Provide a phone number to contact you.
You will be contacted by our operator within 24/48 hours to resolve the problem. The shipping costs will be charged to you and you will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for returns that are missing or not delivered without identification and traceability.

Exchange deliveries take place within 5-6 working days from the day the return is delivered to the
indicated address.
For more precise information on your exchange, you can send an email to the following address
store@nokler.eu indicating the order number, the name of the holder and the tracking code of the
shipment you have made.
